An order is considered accepted when Lofty Blue confirms the order.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you by phone to verify the order. COD orders may be shipped only after successful verification.
If an order cannot be accepted or needs to be cancelled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Product prices displayed on our website may change from time to time.
The applicable price for your order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to any applicable correction of pricing errors.
We accept multiple payment methods, including:

- Cash on Delivery (COD)

Online payments are processed through payment service providers, including Razorpay.
There is currently no additional COD charge.
COD orders are subject to verification before shipment.

We currently ship orders within India.
Orders generally require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.
Estimated delivery time is generally 5–6 days, depending on the destination, courier service, weather, operational conditions, and other circumstances.
We may use different courier and logistics partners, including:

- Shadowfax
- Ekart
- Amazon
- DTDC
- VRL
- Other suitable logistics providers
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed over to the applicable courier or logistics provider, delays caused by the courier, weather, natural events, operational disruptions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery time.
Tracking information may be provided through email and SMS, and customers may also check shipment status through our website's tracking facility where available.
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1,000, subject to the applicable terms displayed on the website.
SECTION 6 - CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped.
Cancellation requests may be submitted through WhatsApp or email.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Our return period is 5 days from the date of delivery.
An unboxing video is required for return and exchange requests.
Eligible returns are handled through our return process, and approved returns are free of charge.
There is no return or restocking fee.
Exchanges are available only for wrong or damaged products, subject to verification and the required unboxing video.
